Key Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the vehicle selection and purchase process
• Become a product expert on Kia vehicles, features, technology, and benefits
• Conduct vehicle presentations and demonstrations
• Build rapport with customers and provide an exceptional buying experience
• Follow up with prospects and maintain relationships with existing customers
• Assist customers in identifying vehicles that fit their needs and budget
• Work collaboratively with sales managers and team members to achieve dealership goals
• Maintain accurate customer information and activity records
• Stay current on product updates, promotions, and dealership programs

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow
• Professional appearance and conduct
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Basic computer and technology skills
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Previous sales, customer service, retail, or hospitality experience is helpful but not required
