Key Responsibilities

• Assist both English- and Spanish-speaking customers throughout the vehicle buying process
• Build strong relationships by providing clear communication and exceptional customer service
• Guide customers through vehicle selection, features, financing options, and ownership benefits
• Conduct vehicle presentations and demonstrations
• Follow up with prospects and maintain relationships with existing customers
• Help customers identify vehicles that fit their needs, lifestyle, and budget
• Maintain accurate customer information and activity records
• Work collaboratively with sales managers and team members to achieve dealership goals
• Stay current on Ford product updates, promotions, and dealership programs

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual communication skills (English and Spanish) strongly preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow
• Professional appearance and conduct
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Basic computer and technology skills
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Previous sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or community outreach experience is helpful but not required
